Nintendo has filled a new slew of Japanese trademarks. This includes the Octo image, as well as the words Dillon’s Dead-Heat Breakers, Luigi’s Mansion, Mario & Luigi, Metroid, Metroid Prime, Smash Bros., Wario Land and WarioWare
