Japanese retailer says that in just 2 months, the Switch version of Minecraft has sold what the Wii U version did in 9 months
Japanese video game retailer GEO has shared some insight into just how well the Switch version of Minecraft has been selling. The retail version hit stores 2 months ago, and it has already matched sales of what the Wii U version managed to pull in in 9 months. GEO also says that for their stores, Minecraft was the best-selling title last week.
