Capybara elaborates on why they've yanked Twitter support for Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP on Switch

As we mentioned the other day, Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP on Switch will not include Twitter support. Back when the game originally launched years ago, Twitter was implemented as a way to share the in-game dialog. Capybara said the Twitter support was yanked for the Switch outing due to social media's toxic nature. Kotaku tried to get more comment from the developers on the matter, and they passed along a single image from the game.

This image definitely drives the point home that Capybara really doesn't have much faith in social media anymore. At least the Twitter mechanic in the game wasn't really a big point of the experience.
