GN Version 5.0

As we reported a few days ago, some Starlink: Battle for Atlas starter packs are missing a pretty important part of the experience...the game. Customers have had varied luck contacting retailers for replacements, but many are still trying to figure out how to remedy the situation. Here's what Ubisoft has to say about the matter.

"We've been made aware that a small amount of Starlink: Battle for Atlas Starter Packs have been shipped without a copy of the disc and/or cartridge included. We are currently investigating the scope of this issue and potential solutions. In the meantime, if anyone's been affected by this issue, please tell them contact Ubisoft customer service at support.ubi.com and they will provide assistance."

While Ubisoft figures things out, you'll just have to hang tight. As they say, contact Ubisoft customer service to try and get things fixed up, or reach out to the retailer you purchased the game through.
