Pokemon Co. didn't find this fan-made artwork worthy of a Pokemon TCG card
I'd buy this card in an instant
Artist Gomi Kuzu Tarou was one of the many people who entered a recent contest that would see a select number of pieces turned into actual Pokemon TCG card art. We've already covered the winners, and unfortunately, Gomi wasn't among them. That said, his art is such a perfect mix of surreal and fantastic that it's a damn shame it wasn't picked! Who on earth wouldn't want a Pokemon card with this art, even if just for the weird factor?!
