Datamine for recent Pokémon GO update contains references to Galarian forms in game data
According to dataminers, the most recent Pokémon GO update contains references to Galar and Galarian forms in its game data. Galar is the newest region introduced in Pokémon Sword and Shield, so perhaps Pokémon GO could be getting a promotional tie-in? It's too early to know for sure, but this newly found data is certainly interesting.
