CHESS ULTRA: Free DLC available now on Nintendo Switch

25th January 2018: Ripstone Games have launched a range of new DLC for Chess Ultra on the Nintendo eShop, with the Easter Island chess set available now for free, on Nintendo Switch.

Chess Ultra features stunning visuals, seamless cross-platform online multiplayer and Grandmaster-approved AI that offers the ultimate chess experience. Since its launch late last year, Nintendo fans have been asking when they can expect new chess sets and environments to play with. This month marks the launch of the Pantheon Game Pack, the Imperial Chess Set and the Easter Island Chess Set, which are all available now. The Academy Game Pack will be arriving on 1st February, with more DLC to follow in 2018.

Pantheon Game Pack: Drawing inspiration from the Pantheon in Rome, this pack features a stunningly detailed temple where Imperial Roman soldiers clash on a stone checkerboard.
