Nintendo's legal battle with Colopl drags on
The eighth hearing so far
Believe it or not, the lawsuit between Nintendo and Colopl continues on. The two are now at the eighth hearing for this legal battle, which claims that Nintendo infringed upon five patents for the smartphone title White Cat Project. As things have gone so far, Colopl makes very loose claims against Nintendo, Nintendo offers substantial evidence defending themselves, and Colopl goes back to the drawing board to put forth another claim. Now the battle continues on into 2020.
