The 2022 Game Awards will be open to the public, tickets go on sale November 1st, 2022

Geoff Keighley’s Game Awards have been an exclusively online affair for the past few years. That all changes in 2022, as Keighley has announced on Twitter that the event will once again be open to the public. This is the first time tickets will be available to non-industry members in three years.

There have been some major Nintendo news drops at past Game Awards events, so hopefully we’ll get some more of those this year. If you’re in the area, you’ll now have the chance to see it live and in person for yourself!

As the tweet indicates, the event will take place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, CA on December 8, 2022. Tickets will go on sale in a month, on November 1, 2022.
