SD Shin Kamen Rider Ranbu gets its debut trailer and new screenshots
Kamen Rider fans in Japan can play it on March 23rd
SD Shin Kamen Rider Ranbu was announced for Switch earlier today, but a lot more details have just dropped. Best of all, an English version has been confirmed for release in Asia, making it perfect for importing. Story
A game that inherits the setting of the Shin Kamen Rider movie. No matter how many times he is defeated, protagonist Takeshi Hongo rises again to fight for the sanctity of mankind.
System
The characters of the Shin Kamen Rider movie appear in super deformed (SD) style. In this action game, you can enjoy the thrill of becoming a fierce fighter who gets stronger with every defeat.
Characters
Kamen Riders:
- Kamen Rider – The transformed state of Takeshi Hongno. He fights against the evil organization SHOCKER to protect the sanctity of mankind.
- Kamen Rider No. 2 – The transformed state of Hayato Ichimonji. He fights against the evil organization SHOCKER.
Enemies:
- Kumo Augment – A high rank member of the evil organization SHOCKER. Augmented with the abilities of a spider.
The game will run at 720p in handheld mode and 1080p docked, with both modes running at 30 frames per second. It’ll also support 2 player local co-op and come with 4 save slots. You can get the game digitally or physically for 3,200 yen in Japan starting March 23rd, 2023.
