Indie RPG Toasty: Ashes of Dusk 180% funded on Kickstarter

After only a day on crowdfunding platform Kickstarter, action RPG Toasty: Ashes of Dusk has been over 180% funded. Its initial funding goal was $25,000, but it has since received over $60,000, with nearly a month left to go before the campaign ends.

Developer Pocket Llama and Top Hat Studios are bringing Toasty: Ashes of Dusk to Nintendo Switch, with an estimated release of September 2023. The game is said to be inspired in part by titles like Mother/Earthbound, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, and Pokémon, so Nintendo fans should feel right at home! You play as Marshall the Marshmallow Knight, exploring cities and dungeons, with plenty of weird items and minigames to discover.
