Terraria poll asks players for input on Ver. 1.4.5 update

The creator of the sandbox survival game Terraria, Andrew “Redigit” Spinks, recently shared a poll with his followers on Twitter concerning the game’s future update plans. The next update would bring the game to Version 1.4.5. Instead of addressing the update’s content, the poll asks whether fans would prefer to see it released sooner, or delayed to improve its overall quality.

With 67.2% of the vote, the majority of followers said they’d like to see Version 1.4.5 delayed in order to make it better. However, in a follow-up post, Redigit added that there should’ve been a poll option to skip 1.4.5 altogether and turn it into an even bigger 1.5 update. Based on some of the responses, it seems like this would be another popular choice.

Terraria was updated to Ver. 1.4.4.9 last month, and we know that crossplay might be in the cards as well. What else might a 1.4.5 or 1.5 update contain? We’ll have to wait and see!
