The Tama Art University Bureau has announced that they’ll be hosting a second Pokémon art education exhibit, along with more Poké Ball workshop sessions, and fans won’t have to wait long to participate.
Kicking off late March 2024 and running until early April 2024, the The Tama Art University Bureau in Tokyo, Japan is going to invite Pokémon fans to participate in “Think with Pokémon: Art & Environment Education 2,″ which will showcase Pokémon sculptures made from upcycled materials. Attendants will also be able to make their own Poké Balls from discarded cardboard fireworks shells.
Just like last time, this exhibit will feature Pokemon artwork that was created using ‘found materials,’ or in more inelegant terms, junk. While most of these items would take up space in dumps, Tama Art University students have taken these throwaway bits and turned them into something beautiful. Reservations for this event will open on March 14th, 2024, and they will be first-come-first-served. Please note that reservations can only be made for elementary school students, and a parent or guardian may accompany them. Sessions are set to be held March 30th, 2024, and April 6th, 2024, and each will allow for up to 15 participants.
