The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a massive game in every way possible, and that includes the game’s soundtrack. Would you like an official way to enjoy Tears of the Kingdom’s tunes outside of playing the game itself? Well, rumor has it a solution is on the way. (h/t Nintendo Everything)

A rumor is currently floating around about an official soundtrack release for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. While not confirmed at this point, seeing the game get a soundtrack release wouldn’t be surprising at all, as it’s one of Nintendo’s biggest games on Switch, and its predecessor got the soundtrack treatment as well. Seems more like a matter of time thing than a rumor, but nothing is confirmed until Nintendo says so.

We’re hearing that there will both a standard and limited edition release for the soundtrack, and it should see launch physically in Japan sometime this July. As for specifics on what the limited edition will include, those details are under wraps for now. Apparently we won’t have to wait long to find out more though, as Nintendo is rumored to reveal details on Tears of the Kingdom’s 1-year anniversary; May 12th, 2024.

Well, it was only a matter of time. The more interesting question is what crazy bonus we'll get in the collector's edition of said OST.
