Unofficial Earthbound dioramas will go on sale August 8th, 2022

If you’re a fan of the Earthbound/Mother series, it’s never a bad idea to add some more merch to your life! Nintendo may not be producing too many toys and goodies celebrating the series, but that’s where fans come in to pick up the slack.

A Japanese artist by the name of Mizutani is producing eight unique dioramas based on various scenes and characters from Earthbound on the SNES. Each one fits inside a little transparent cube, and is made from acrylic. They do a great job capturing the iconic look of the Earthbound games.

The good news is that these dioramas aren’t just for show! You’ll be able to purchase one or more for yourself starting on August 8th for the price of 3,080 yen each (around $22), not including shipping from Japan of course.
