Nintendo Switch Online mobile app updated to version 2.2.0

You can now send friend requests from your phone

The Nintendo Switch Online mobile app has been updated to version 2.2.0. Thanks to this update, you can now send friend requests from your phone in a few different ways. You can check out the full patch notes below:

– You can now send friend requests using your friend code. (Accepting a friend request requires a Nintendo Switch console.)

– You are now able to copy your friend code as a URL and/or save it as a QR code, which others can then use to send you friend requests.

– Other minor changes have also been implemented.

– System requirements have been updated to iOS 14.0

The update is now available on both iOS and Android devices. However, iPhone fans should be aware that you’ll now need to be using iOS 14.0 or higher for the app to work.
