Breaking Bad spinoff Better Call Saul is almost at an end, but one fan is keeping the fun going by imagining what a Game Boy game based on the series might look like. Animator Lumpy Touch has created a number of video game inspired animations, and in the above video they use their skills to remind us of licensed Game Boy games from the past.

In addition to some animated cut scenes based on dialogue from Better Call Saul, the video features a few different gameplay styles inspired by episodes of the show. Part platformer, part shooter, and part boxing game, this would make for a very diverse Game Boy game were it real. Unfortunately, it’s not playable, but it’s fun to see what an animator can do when working with the Game Boy’s limited style.

Be warned, this video may include some minor spoilers if you aren’t up to date with the show.

Better Call Saul is now on the Nintendo Gameboy! Play as your favorite characters! Jimmy McGill aka Saul Goodman, Kim Wexler, and Finger! Play levels based on over 6 seasons of the hit TV series!
