Japanese game publisher KEMCO has announced that they will be publishing a Nintendo Switch port of developer Water Phoenix’s visual novel, Stand By You, after the title met its funding goal in a crowdfunding campaign via Campfire. The port will be exclusive to Japan and is planned to arrive in the fall of 2022.
Stand By You originally saw a mobile release in 2015, with a later Steam release in 2017. The title is a visual-novel style game and features a post-apocalyptic setting in which the player must help a girl on her mission to atone for the sins of humanity.
