New gameplay and impressions of Resident Evil Village's Shadows of Rose DLC shared
Try not to get your face eaten
Resident Evil Village has been confirmed for a Switch release (thanks to the magic of the cloud), and that includes its upcoming Shadows of Rose DLC. In a new video from Gamespot, we got some hands-on impressions of what that DLC brings to the table, as well as some new gameplay footage.
Among the new features includes in Shadows of Rose are a third person gameplay perspective, and the “Face Eater” enemy which shambles around trying to… well, eat your face. Playing as Rose, you’ll also be able to make use of her special powers in order to solve environmental puzzles and to stun enemies in combat.
Shadows of Rose will be available on October 28, 2022 as part of Resident Evil Village’s Winter expansions. Watch the full video for more info on its gameplay style and story tidbits.
