Limited Run Games announced today the launch of the company’s new book publishing imprint, Press Run. Led by former games journalists Jeremy Parish (1Up Network, USgamer, IGN, Retronauts) and Jared Petty (IGN, Kinda Funny, Electronic Arts), Press Run will publish new, high quality books on video games and game-adjacent topics on a monthly basis, starting today. Designed from the ground up as an exclusive print label for both original publications from the Limited Run Games team and talented authors around the world, Press Run aims to publish good reads for gamers looking for more than the usual latest-release discourse.

Press Run will offer its new books for sale once they have finished production and are ready to ship to customers. Press Run books will uphold the gold standard that Limited Run Games is known for with their products. Additionally, some books will be produced and made available as limited collector’s editions, while the basic editions of every published book will continue to circulate for as long as demand exists, providing the treatment, legacy, and preservation Press Run editors and Limited Run Games staff feel these works deserve.
