Rooftop Renegade Wins People's Choice Award from PAX AUS

The South Australian-based independent studio Melonhead Games has revealed that their debut title Rooftop Renegade was voted as GamesHub’s People’s Choice winner from PAX Aus 2022. As the name implies, the award was bestowed based on the public vote from those who attended PAX Aus from October 7-9, 2022.
The award was voted on by PAX Aus 2022 attendees between the six PAX Aus 2022 Indie Showcase Winners - Digital category, with the full list including:

- Rooftop Renegade by Melonhead Games

Rooftop Renegade was previously announced for a Switch release sometime in Q1 2023. The game puts you in the Chrono-Kicks of Svetlana, a hoverblading outlaw on the run from the evil Globacorp. With the ability to portal through time, Svetlana sets out to brave Globacorp’s attack squad as she steals as many scattered time crystals as possible.
