Splatoon 3 updated to Version 1.2.1
Rain rain, come on back another day
Nintendo recently stated that they were working on a fix for Splatoon 3’s Rainmaker Anarchy Battle glitch, and it appears they’ve already put together the solution. Splatoon 3 has been updated to Version 1.2.1, and it includes a fix for the issue mentioned above.
That’s not the only fix you’ll find in this update, though. Nintendo has released patch notes for Version 1.2.1, and you can read them in full below.
- Fixed an issue in Rainmaker that caused the player who placed the Rainmaker on a checkpoint to appear motionless to other players.
- Fixed an issue in Rainmaker where the goal distance count would go to 1 even when the Rainmaker had not reached the goal.
- Fixed an issue where, if you got on an inkrail while using the Inkjet or Zipcaster, allies Super Jumping towards you would land at the start point of the inkrail instead of the intended location.
