Pokemon Sword/Shield's Wild Area event shifts for the final time

It’s the end of an era, Pokémon fans. The Wild Area Event has shifted once again in Pokémon Sword and Shield, and this is the final time. From here on out, Pokémon Co. will be focusing on the in-game activities for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
This Wild Area Event is a Max Raid Battle, and it will stay active until the online features of Pokémon Sword and Shield come to an end. As of right now, there’s no end date in place, and it’ll likely remain online for years.
The Wild Area Event will spot battles with Gigantamax Pokémon including Gigantamax Snorlax.
