Fortnite adds tutorial mode
It's never too late to learn
Fortnite has been around for 5 years now, and pretty much everyone has heard of the game. On top of that, hundreds of millions know the ins and outs of Fortnite, but there’s sure to be a few stragglers out there who don’t know how to play. As of today, Fortnite just became a lot more welcoming to newcomers.
Epic has seen fit to add a tutorial to Fortnite that shares the basics of what the battle royale is all about. Everything from moving to jumping, shooting to breaking items and more is covered, and it’s just enough detail to get you ready for your first online scrap. It even goes over some building details, should you want to spend time in the various build modes.
Is this tutorial going to make you the best Fortnite player out there? Of course not, but there’s nothing wrong with building from a steady base. If you’ve been worried about dipping your toes into Fortnite, give the tutorial a try and let it ease you in.
