Sonic Frontiers street date broken, game leaks online

Earlier today, we shared a ton of gameplay from Sonic Frontiers on Switch. Were you wondering how in the world that footage made it on to the internet? Turns out retailers who can’t follow the rules are to blame.

As many suspected, the street date for Sonic Frontiers has been broken by some retailers, and you know SEGA can’t be happy about it. Making the situation even worse is the fact that someone got their hands on Sonic Frontiers early and then decided to dump the ROM online.

If you manage to snag a copy of Sonic Frontiers early from your local retailer, please be respectful and keep spoilers to yourself, or at the very least, tag them heavily. With a matter of days left until official launch, don’t ruin the fun for others!
