Pokémon Co. starts a new ban wave through Pokémon HOME and various games

If you’re a Pokémon players who’s on the up-and-up, this story will have nothing to do with you. If you’re a less-than-savory player, your days are numbered!

Pokémon Co. has set out once again to squash some of the bad actors in Pokémon games, which means a new wave of bans is being sent out. This applies to Pokémon HOME as well as main series games on Switch. If you’re caught up in using/implementing ill-gotten Pokémon in your games, you can expect to have your online feature restricted.

Depending on what you’ve been up to, these bans can temporary or permanent, and they’ll restrict all online play including trading, battling, transferring to HOME and transferring from Pokémon Bank.
