Developer Vanillaware and publisher Altlus have announced that 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, their 2019-released 2D sidescrolling adventure, has sold 800,000 total copies worldwide across all platforms. It’s unknown exactly how many of those copies belong to the Nintendo Switch port that launched in April 2022, but 500,000 have been confirmed to be for PS4. Using that info, we can reduce to 300,000 million copies that were sold between the Switch and PlayStation versions, and Switch likely took a large chunk of that. Over 40,000 Switch copies have previously been confirmed to be sold in Japan.
