Developer Half Asleep previously announced that they’re bringing their stylish and dreamy rhythm game Melatonin to the Switch sometime in 2022. We’re hopeful that’s still going to happen, as the PC version just got a Dec. 15th, 2022 release date. An accompanying press release says the Switch version is coming ‘very soon,’ so let’s hope it ekes out a 2022 release. For now, we can enjoy a fresh look at Melatonin through the new trailer above.

Explore the mind of the main character as you travel through their dreams in this stylish rhythm game of gorgeous music and art. In Melatonin, you’ll encounter a wide variety of surreal challenges based on everyday life set in beautiful hand-drawn levels with colorful original music that organically flows with the gameplay and visuals.

Get completely immersed in the experience without distracting overlays or interfaces seen in most rhythm games. Experience first-hand how the main character’s dreams are shaped by their reality and vice-versa with Melatonin.
