Persona 5 Royal hits 1 million units sold

Persona 5 Royal came to the Switch on October 21st, 2022, finally giving Nintendo fans a chance to see what the multi-award winning game was all about. Not surprisingly, plenty of Switch owners flocked to the game to give it a go, and roughly one month later, it’s resulted in a major milestone for Atlus.
Atlus has confirmed that Persona 5 Royal has now reached 1 million units sold worldwide. This figure obviously includes data from other platforms, and unfortunately, we don’t get a split between the different versions. Still though, there’s no doubt the Switch release makes up a healthy amount of that 1 million units.
