Nintendo of Europe hosting Super Smash Bros. Ultimate European Online Challenge: Winter Rumble

Things are heating up this December with the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate European Online Challenge: Winter Rumble!
Running on Friday December 9th from 17:00 (UK time) until 19:00 (UK time), players can take part in 1 vs. 1 bouts via the Online Tourney menu for the chance to secure their place at the top of the leaderboards.
The top ten players at the close of this festive throwdown will each win 2,500 Gold Points, with 1,000 Gold Points also awarded to each of the remaining top 100 players.
Matches will consist of two-stock bouts lasting five minutes, with items and Final Smash meters turned off. Stages will be limited to Omega and Battlefield versions only, with stage hazards also turned off.
The results will be tallied after the close of the competition and winners will be announced here by December 20th. A hearty ‘good luck, have fun’ to everyone participating!
