The original Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc released all the way back in 2010, and Nintendo fans didn’t get to check the game out until Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition, which hit the Switch in 2021. While it’s likely pretty much all of the game has been spoiled by this point, publisher Spike Chunsoft did their best to keep story tidbits safe. That all changes today!

Spike Chunsoft has announced that they’re officially lifting their ban on streaming or recording video of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc past chapter 1. That’s right; if you’ve seen footage of the game online past chapter 1, whoever uploaded it was breaking the rules!

The removal of this ban takes place on December 24th, 2022, which means anything past the first chapter is fair game. It doesn’t matter how juicy of a tidbit or spoiler-worthy a story beat is, as it can be uploaded to any video service without worry.
