Japanese Tipster Ryokuta2089 has reported that it seems like Child Trunks, Gohan, Goten, and Videl are coming to Dragon Ball The Breakers.
They don’t specified how the characters will be implemented but they do detail what their abilities will be.

Trunks (childhood) Dragon charge cool time recovery speed increased
Son Goten Double jump possible
Son Gohan Movement speed is even faster
Videl can start with a certain amount of Zenny
So Trunks has better cooldown and recovery on dragon meter, Goten can double jump, Gohan has faster movement, and Videl starts with Zenny.
