Back in the day, developers employed some pretty interesting tricks to keep players from cheating in their games. In the latest Did You Know Gaming feature, the team takes a look at some N64 games to see how cheaters were stymied in their efforts.

In particular, you’ll get to see how games like Banjo-Kazooie, Turok 2, and Donkey Kong 64 handled cheaters. Did you ever come across any of these prevention efforts when you played?

I don't remember what passwords I entered in Banjo-Kazooie. I do remember the threat of game deletion though. I never entered any after that warning.
