More Sonic Prime episodes releasing later this year

Did you already finish up all 8 episodes of Sonic Prime? Eager to see where Sonic and his friends end up? Well, you’ll be able to do so sometime later this year.

The official Sonic the Hedgehog Twitter account has shared the image above, along with a message on Sonic Prime in general. Those looking forward to more Sonic Prime episodes will be happy to know that they’ll arrive in 2023, but a more specific date hasn’t been shared. Hopefully we get some more insight on that in the near future.

Sonic Prime is an animated adventure for kids, families, and long-time fans (1 x 40 minute episode, 7 x 20 minute episodes) that draws upon the keystones of the brand and features the “Blue Blur” of video game fame in a high-octane adventure where the fate of a strange new multiverse rests in his gloved hands. Sonic’s adventure is about more than a race to save the universe, it’s a journey of self-discovery and redemption.
