Today, Niantic announced additional details for Pokémon GO Tour: Hoenn – Las Vegas, taking place on Saturday, February 18, 2023 and Sunday, February 19, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST, at Sunset Park. Trainers will have a chance to explore Las Vegas to enjoy exciting gameplay and rewards in both free and ticketed experiences. Trainers should make special note of the following:

Ruby vs. Sapphire Challenge – Depending on which team completes more Field Research, Trainers will enjoy the following bonuses.

Increased Primal Raids for either Primal Kyogre (Sapphire) or Primal Groudon (Ruby) Legendary encounters and wild encounters, including Pikachu wearing Brendan’s hat* Other event bonuses

Expanded Gameplay – Trainers can take advantage of additional event gameplay, even outside of Sunset Park. During event hours, all Trainers can participate in event raids* throughout the city. Trainers with a Pokémon GO Tour: Hoenn – Las Vegas ticket can also enjoy event-specific Eggs and wild Pokémon encounters across Las Vegas on their ticketed day.

Costumed Pokémon – Pikachu and Eevee will be in Sunset Park for a special real-life photo opportunity.

New Music – New music inspired by the Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire games are coming to Pokémon GO Tour: Hoenn. Created by Pokémon game series composer Junichi Masuda, these new pieces will play in-game and across Sunset Park during the event.
