You’d think that some of the actors tied to Fire Emblem Engage would be able to source a copy of the game from Nintendo. That might be the case, but it wasn’t for Brandon McInnis, the actor portraying Alear in the game.

McInnis took to Twitter to share his struggles in trying to get the Devine Edition of Fire Emblem Engage. The actor had pre-ordered the Devine Edition from GameStop, but unfortunately for him, things didn’t go as planned.

McInnis revealed that he turned to eBay to snag a Devine Edition, and purchased the digital standard release just to check out the game while he waited.

Plenty of us have been burned by GameStop before when it comes to pre-orders, but not being able to pick up the game you acted in is a whole different level of frustration!
