Rooftop Renegade Original Soundtrack+ due out Feb. 17th, 2023

Melonhead Games (the South Australian-based independent studio) and John Oestmann of Soundworlds are pleased to announce that in addition to their debut title Rooftop Renegade launching February 17, 2023 on Switch, the Rooftop Renegade Original Soundtrack+ will be made available to buy on Steam and streamed on all major music streaming platforms.

Rooftop Renegade’s soundtrack was intended to compliment the player’s momentum as Svetlana’s movement ebbs and flows. This collection expands all of your favorite in-game tracks into album versions for a new listening experience.

The composer of Rooftop Renegade shared some insight into the soundtrack’s creation as well.

Every piece of music created was run by the team for multiple feedback perspectives so we could ensure that the music amplified Rooftop Renegade as effectively as possible. Having said that, the others ensured to trust my judgement as the audio specialist on the team. This all made for a very effective working relationship, and resulted in the soundtrack you hear now. In Rooftop Renegade, you play as Svetlana avoiding capture from the evil Globacorp. The game offers fast-paced platforming, requiring quick reflexes and fast thinking as the Globacorp Gunners attempt to obstruct Svetlana’s path forward.
