With the release of Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition approaching on April 7th. Famitsu sat down with Masato Kato (director), Nobuteru Yuki (character designer), and Yasunori Mitsuda (composer) to talk about the game, and they mentioned that so far, they are don’t have any plans to continue the story of Chrono Cross. However, that is not a guarantee as they also claim that anything can happen in the future.

There are no plans for (a sequel or new title) now, but no one knows what the future holds.

Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition is set to release on April 7th, 2022, on the Nintendo Switch; you can pre-order the game here

A physical release is also planned to be released on April 28th, 2022, in Asian territories; pre-orders for it are now open at Play-Asia.
