Masahiro Sakurai is back with the latest installment in his game development video series. This time around, Sakurai offers up a video feature that fits into the ‘User Interface’ category.

According to Sakurai, the shorter a game’s load times, the better—but there’s no way to completely remove them. Devs can try to cover them up, or they can label them clearly and let players catch their breath.

According to Sakurai, devs can use loading time to teach players about the game’s world or controls.
