Limited-time Guertena Exhibition open in Japan to celebrate Ib's upcoming Switch release

PLAYISM previously announced that the Switch version of Ib, a remake of the highly-popular horror adventure game by kouri set in a mysterious art gallery, will arrive on March 9th, 2023. In honor of that upcoming release, a special exhibit is opening up in Japan.

Those interested in Ib might want to check out the Guertena Exhibition at the Parco in Shibuya. This exhibition runs until March 12th, 2023, and it lets you check out Guertena’s works in person. Weiss Guertena is a famous artist in Ib who created many of the paintings that Garry and Ib encounter on their adventure through the cursed gallery.

It will cost 1,000 yen to gain entrance to the Guertena Exhibition, and every piece on display was overseen by kouri, the creator of the game. Along with the paintings, attendees will be able to enjoy vases similar to those in the game, and even some exclusive goods. The merch lineup includes acrylic dioramas, acrylic stands, scarves, and postcards.
