Pokémon Journeys: The Series anime composer Hidekazu Tanaka has pleaded guilty to to Obscenity and Assault charges in a Tokyo District Court. The 35-year-old composer admitted to stalking and also using obscene language with a 15-year-old girl to solicit a sexual interaction. Along with that, Tanaka admitted to over a dozen obscene acts over the last 10 years.
Back on October 24th, 2022, police arrested Tanaka with a charge attempted forcible indecency. Some of the other actions Tanaka was accused of and admitted to were taking voyeuristic pictures of women and exposing himself. Tanaka claims he went through with these obscene acts as a way to “relieve anger and work stress.”
