Seth Rogen confirms Donkey Kong Rap for the Super Mario Bros. movie

There have been rumblings, rumors and whispers, but now it’s official. The DK Rap from Donkey Kong 64 is going to be a part of the Super Mario Bros. movie.

The official Super Mario Bros. movie Twitter account has just shared the video above, which features Seth Rogen talking about the DK Rap. Rogen, who voices Donkey Kong in the film, flat-out confirms that the classic tune will make an appearance in the movie, as it’s the song Donkey Kong makes his silver screen debut to.

Obviously, the version in the film will probably be a remake/revamp of the N64 version, but we’ll have to wait until the movie launches to hear just how different it is!
