The Super Mario Bros. movie is officially in movie theaters today! Chances are some of you have already see the film, with countless others lined up to see it as the week rolls on.
As the movie is built around the world of Mario, it’s chock-full of references from throughout the character’s history. Some of those will be in your face, and others are hiding in the background. There’s some that are featured so quickly and with little fanfare that it’s easy to miss them!
