Nintendo has released the third and final pre-launch trailer for the sequel to Breath of the Wild, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You can check out the roughly 4 minute long action-packed trailer via YouTube above. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom launches for Nintendo Switch on May 12th, 2023.

2M agoStill waiting on dungeons to be confirmed, didn't look like we saw any in the trailer unless I missed it.
Saw seevral signs of dungeons. Seems like they are following the SS and BOTW route here and making them more seamless with the main world, rather than more secluded parts like before, but absolutly merged the two in a way. Best of both worlds.
Also boss fights!

2M agoWelp, guess the ‘dorf doesn’t count as a spoiler. They put out his art and everything! What a boss. I almost want to see him triumph. Maybe in a dark timeline.

2M agoThat was a lot more interesting to me than the gameplay demo the other week. Nice mix of story and gameplay hints. Enough to get my attention but not too much.

2M agoIt's clear from that trailer that there are a lot of things they haven't told us yet... That's a very exciting thing to learn, so close to the game's release.
I'm happy to see a lot of character interaction and story. It really seems like a full, real sequel.
