Vending machines here in the states are almost filled with snacks, be it candy, chips, pretzels, soda and so on. It’s not very often you come across a vending machine like the one above, but if you’re on a mall trip in southern California, you might stumble upon it.

Resetera member Weeats happened to find this vending machine oddity while out and about, and it’s jam-packed with classic Pokémon games. These Game Boy and GBA titles will run you roughly $15 a cartridge, but of course, there’s one major catch.

As you’ve probably guessed, these carts are bootlegs of the original games, and not the real deal. We’re not sure who’s bold enough to fill a whole vending machine with bootleg Pokémon cartridges, but we’re pretty sure Pokémon Co. and Nintendo won’t be too happy to hear about it. Now that the word is out, let’s see how long it is before this vending machine disappears!

"You are without a doubt the worst pirate I have ever heard of."
"But you have heard of me."
"You posted an email address with your name in it, you idiot!"

Are there more out there? He asks to use the subject line VM5 which most like stands for vending machine 5, where are the first 4? And is there a 6th, or even a 7th....
