Disney Speedstorm has arrived on Switch and other platforms today in Early Access form. That means not everything is ready for players to enjoy, and unfortunately, it seems that goes for the game itself.

Multiple players have noted all sorts of problems with Disney Speedstorm today, including the inability to actually play the game. As you might remember, Gameloft had similar issues with Disney Dreamlight Valley at launch, and those were worked out in the weeks to follow.

Gameloft has shared an apology for the situation with Disney Speedstorm and you can read their message below.

We are aware of the issue where some players that pre-ordered the title are unable to download the game and we apologize for it.

We are in contact with our partners to have it fixed ASAP, but unfortunately the solution seems to require more time.

Solving this is our top priority at the moment - as soon as we have updates, we will let you know.

Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience and we’re looking forward to all of you being able to play the game.
