Square Enix has announced that the next Dragon Quest X Offline expansion, titled “The Sleeping Hero and the Guiding Ally,” will launch in Japan for May 26th, 2023. The expansion is priced at 4,400 yen and you can see a trailer for the DLC above.
In this expansion, players will be able to visit a new land called Rendashia. To get to the new location, players will have to hop aboard a luxury cruise ship and even ride on the back of a flying dragon! Also included in this expansion is the new party member, Anlucia.
According to Square Enix, the size of this expansion is equal to that of the main game, so it’ll be an incredibly sizable adventure. On top of that, it also features an original episode that was not depicted in Dragon Quest X Online. This episode will focus on Anlucia, her older brother Toma, Luchenda, and Milt.
