Mario Kart 8 Deluxe hits 1 million physical units sold in Spain
Only the 4th game to do so in Spain
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe released for Switch years ago, yet it continues to appear in the top 10 software charts around the world. That includes the charts in Spain, which is where the game has just reached a new milestone.
With the latest data counted, we now know that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has reached 1 million physical units sold in Spain. Believe it or not, this is just the 4th game ever in Spain to cross the 1 million units sold mark physically. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe now joins the likes of Grand Theft Auto VI, Wii Play and Mario Kart Wii, which all surpassed 1 million units sold in their runs.
Along with that information, we also have a few more Nintendo sales stats from Spain to share.
- Switch is now at 2.5 million units sold
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons has sold 740K
- Super Mario Odyssey has sold 700K
- Zelda: Breath of the Wild has sold 550K
