Xicatrice 'Masochist' skill showcased in a new gameplay video

A new gameplay video has been released for Xicatrice, and it gives us a look at the Masochist skill.

If you combine the passive Skill “Masochist”, which makes enemies more likely to target you, with a skill that boosts your evasion, you can turn a character into a full-fledged decoy that will keep ennemy attacks away from allies while dodging them all. And if you go one step further and combine it with “Dodge: Break”, you can add counter-attacks to the mix.

Xicatrice is a “superpowers x academy RPG” in which you play as a teacher who leads a special unit of students on dangerous missions in response to emergencies. The game combines the depth that comes with a huge variety of skills, with highly flexible character development, allowing each player to play with their own strategy. The game is scheduled to release on June 29th, 2023, in Japan for the Nintendo Switch.
