Trainers, Kleavor, the Axe Pokémon, will make its Pokémon GO debut in raids! In addition, you might encounter a Shiny one—if you’re lucky! Join Niantic for Kleavor Raid Day, featuring the Pokémon GO debut of Kleavor, which was originally discovered in the Hisui region featured in the Pokémon Legends: Arceus game on Nintendo Switch.

Kleavor Raid Day runs Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time. Kleavor will appear in three-star raids. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one! Raids are currently the only way to obtain Kleavor, and Scyther is currently unable to evolve into Kleavor in Pokémon GO.

Event Bonuses for the Kleavor Raid Day are as follows:

  • You’ll have an increased chance of encountering Shiny Kleavor.
  • Earn up to five additional daily Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs during the event and up to two hours afterward.
  • The Remote Raid Pass limit will be increased to 10 on Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local time.
